TCA has one clear pricing structure. The driver always drives according to the meter, so you can see what you’re paying for. And no matter how short your ride is, a TCA driver will never refuse you.
The TCA (always on hand) app
When you get into a taxi on the street, the ride is carried out according to the meter. The basis for this is the national rates set by the government. Especially when it’s busy on the streets, the price can rise considerably.
20% discount on comfort taxis* – order via the app or online tool
When you now order a comfort taxi via the app or our website, you will also temporarily receive a 20% discount on this fixed price. The prices displayed on the website and in the app already include the temporary 20% discount! To verify, you can check the price for our business (luxury) taxis, where this discount does not apply.
After your order, your taxi will arrive within 5 minutes, just as you’re used to from us. So, need a taxi now? Order via the app and receive extra discounts. It’s not necessary to reserve in advance for these discounts.

Always a fixed price for our comfort* taxis
When you book your comfort ride through the TCA app, you already know what your ride will cost in advance. The price shown in the app is locked in based on the estimated meter price. No matter how busy it is, the price you see when placing your order is the price for your ride. So no surprises afterward!
When you book your business (luxury) ride via the TCA app, you will receive an estimate of the cost in advance. The price shown in the app is based on the estimated meter price. The final meter price will be entered by the driver at the end of the ride.
After your order, your taxi will arrive within 5 minutes, just as you’re accustomed to.
Ordering by phone?
When you call our central office for a taxi, we don’t ask for a final destination, and the taxi will simply be sent to the pickup address. The driver will discuss where you want to go and will drive “by the meter.” Our operators can give you a price estimate based on the meter price if you wish.
You can also use the tool on our website to get a price estimate. The price estimate from the online tool is an approximation of what the ride would cost at that moment based on the meter price.
