On December 31st and January 1st, we will not be accepting reservations (pre-bookings) for rides between 22:00 and 02:00. This helps us to remain flexible during these busy hours. However, it is possible that you may have problems finding the right taxi at Schiphol Airport.

TCA uses the Schiphol Tranfer Assistance desk (in short STA-desk). When you have pre-booked your taxi you can make yourself known to the STA-staff to hail your taxi. You can take a seat there and wait for your taxi driver.

Pick-up of corporate guests

If you would like your (international) guests to be picked up professionally from Schiphol Airport, you can also use the STA-desk pick-up. Next to that we also offer the possibility for a meet&greet – even with a sign, if so desired – and will guide them to a taxi from there. Location of Schiphol Transfer Assistance desk

The Schiphol Airport Meeting Point is located at Schiphol Plaza in Arrival Hall 4. The taxi driver is called by the STA Desk and drives to the door. You can sit back and wait for your driver to arrive.
