Accessibility during the holidays

On December 31st and January 1st, we will not be accepting reservations (pre-bookings) for rides between 22:00 and 02:00. This helps us to remain flexible during these busy hours. Need a taxi during King’s Day?

King’s Day promises to be another pleasant, but also quite busy and chaotic day in Amsterdam and at our headquarters. To manage all the crowds, the municipality closed large parts of Amsterdam’s city center to car traffic on Saturday, April 27 between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. This means that on this day it is only possible to order a taxi at certain places.

Just in short:

  • The center ring is closed to all car traffic, including taxis.
  • On the map you can see where the taxi ranks are outside that area.
  • The stands are divided between boarding areas and ordered taxis.
  • Despite the optimal occupancy of our exchange, we unfortunately expect longer waiting times.
  • We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
  • Our dispatchers will send you to the nearest collection location. Please have the taxi number at hand!
  • We recommend everyone to use our app.
